THE POSITION
As an IT Business Consultant at Nine United, you will play a central role in understanding, analysing and challenging business needs in relation to our company’s processes, systems and technology requirements. You will be responsible for identifying technology opportunities and recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction and increase the efficiency.

You will coordinate and act as a liaison between the IT team, brands and external suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for managing all or parts of IT projects, including training users on customizations, providing advanced support and advising on the use of the systems.

• Handover of development initiatives to our IT support
• Input to supplier developers for functional design description
• Description of user story in cooperation with the business organization
• Detailed description of business needs
• Input to suppliers on technical and user documentation
• Fit/gap analyses with the organization
• Keeping up to date on developments in your field of work

You will be part of a global organisation and a team of 13 colleagues, each with different backgrounds and competence. The position is located in Horsens, where you will be based together with the majority of the IT department, and you will report directly to our Head of IT & Digitalization.

QUALIFICATIONS
You are the ideal candidate if you have a degree in IT, and bring with you experience from a similar role as an IT Business Consultant in a medium-sized international company. If you have experience in the design and lifestyle industry, it will be an advantage but not a requirement.

You are characterised by your analytical thinking and result oriented approach. You have strong interpersonal skills, and it comes naturally to you to create close relations across teams, professional disciplines and cultures. You have a desire to challenge status quo and lead change initiatives, and you have experience with successfully creating lasting change that benefit our customers and business.

If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, PLM, B2B, Commerce, PIM and PXM it will be preferable. Last but not least, you are fully proficient in English as well as capable of conveying your message in a clear and constructive way.
