Talent & Organization in Accenture have two distinct capabilities, Change Management & HR Transformation, where we are searching for new talents to join us in helping our clients in areas like:

• Develop change narratives that underpin vision and strategy
• Leadership alignment and change management leadership
• Ensure proper communication, training, and upskilling
• Define change measurements and anchor benefit realization
• Support cultural change and development
• Enable HR strategy, HR operating model, and Talent strategy
• Envision HR capabilities required to access talent and unlock people´s potential
• Enforce HR through data, technology, and AI
• Evolve HR services and delivery

As a Consulting Analyst at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, you will collaborate with our clients to solve their toughest issues, realize their most promising opportunities, and deliver real results. Our consulting practice is focused on supporting and delivering transformation programs of the largest companies/public sector institutions in the Nordics. In addition, you will work with building and managing client relationships, business development and build a skillset to become an innovative leader of tomorrow.

Through your project experiences, Accenture’s best-practice methodologies, and training, you will develop your toolbox and skillset to become a future subject matter expert within your area of passion for either change management or HR transformation.

Qualifications
About you:

You are either just finalized your Master’s degree or have already few years of experience within a role with similar scope from the industry or from a strategy and management consulting company. Across the course of your engagements, you have come to realize that the success of all possibilities, opportunities and strategies are fully reliant on the people & organization agenda. You feel highly motivated to own the data-orientated future of talent, leadership, culture and organization together with our clients, and you have the ability and curiosity to learn, craft, and deliver programs.

Skill requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience within either a Change Management -, HR - or Organizational Transformation role
• Relevant Master’s degree
• Proficiency and confidence working in English
• Solid academic track record with continued interest in learning and growing professionally
• Strong analytical skills; understands complex issues, excels in problem solving
• Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society
• Drive; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can easily establish trust-based relationships
• Team player and naturally collaborative
