We are seeking Engineering Managers to lead multidisciplinary studies and projects in the exciting portfolio we have in Aibel. You will be responsible for the technical quality of the deliverables, as well as leading the personnel who carry out the work.
About the position
In this position, you can hold leading engineering roles within our projects and studies.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Engineering Manager in large brownfield projects (EPCI)
- Engineering Manager in tender phase
- Study Manager / FEED Manager in large studies/FEEDs
- Overall responsible for technical deliverables in projects
Qualifications
- Long experience from the Oil & Gas Business from EPCI contracts
- Background within one or more technical disciplines (engineering)
- Management experience, preferable as Engineering Manager
Personal qualities
- Management, like to work with people
- Has the ability to make a team perform well together
- Structured
- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian (preferably) both orally and in writing
