We are looking for Experienced Engineers to strengthen our valve team. As an Experienced Valve Engineer will work as responsible package engineer for valve packages and be a key in our exciting and growing portfolio.
About the position
In this position, you can hold various roles within the discipline. Be responsible for deliveries in the projects and work closely with other disciplines to achieve the project’s goals.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Specification of Piping and Instrument valves, preparation of Tech. Req. and vendor coordination
- Input and comments to vendor documentation
- Administration of Valve list to project
- Participate in HAZOP, design reviews etc.
- Inputs to MTO, MEL, 3D Model and Weight Control
- Input to MC/COMM
- Administration of tags in EIS, Proarc, Administration of Client systems (STID, Procosys)
- Support to Area and System related disciplines
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience within the field
- Ability to understand and implement requirements stated in new standards
Personal qualities
- Fluent communication in English and preferably Norwegian
