STARK Group IT is looking for a Communication Officer, Viby.

STARK GROUP

Are you a hands-on communicator with an eye for transforming complex IT projects into compelling, understandable stories? STARK Group IT is looking for a dynamic Communication Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to the CDIO and working closely with the PA and IT management team, you will play a key role in translating technical initiatives into engaging content for diverse audiences. With a dotted line reference to the CCO, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our IT achievements resonate with stakeholders at all levels.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a journalistic approach to storytelling, and can bring fresh, creative angles to IT-related communications. Your audience will include both internal stakeholders within the Group IT department as well as the wider STARK Group, including business units and external stakeholders. From internal updates to external content, your work will help bridge the gap between IT and the wider organisation, making technical advancements relatable and engaging for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage compelling content that highlights STARK Group IT's projects and innovations.
  • Simplify complex IT topics for both technical and non-technical audiences across the entire Group.
  • Collaborate with Group Communication to ensure alignment with company-wide messaging and branding.
  • Support the CDIO in communicating IT strategies to stakeholders across the organisation.

Change Communication:
In addition to your content creation role, you will support change communication on deployment of digital projects and key IT management initiatives. This will involve both internal communication within Group IT and external communication toward relevant business stakeholders across the organisation. Experience with change communication is a strong plus, as you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth transitions and clear understanding of IT-driven changes throughout the business.

Your tasks will vary from creating engaging newsletters, intranet articles, posts and presentations – and to ensure that they all share a red, IT thread no matter if the audience is the board of directors, a group of students or an executive management team.

You will join a fast growing, global IT function with colleagues spread across Europe – and a head office physically located in Aarhus. It is expected that you can work from here a minimum of 3 days per week. The remaining days it is possible to work from home or alternatively from our Frederiksberg office in Copenhagen.

Welcome to Group IT
When joining Group IT, you will be joining a digital transformation journey as we transition towards a modular and flexible setup. Group IT, a dynamic and rapidly evolving part of STARK Group, is responsible for delivering groupwide business-critical IT solutions. We strive to modernise and reimagine the IT landscape to ensure both scalability and composability to meet existing and future business needs, and we would like your help to rethink the way things are done in our industry to offer our customers a superior experience.

We have in Group IT an ambition of becoming the business partner who enable STARK achieving its strategic objectives through a scalable and future-fit IT landscape and operating model.
