Lead Change as a Senior Communication Specialist
We are currently seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to support our Senior Leader in the Public Cloud at Scale program, a Strategic Building Block withing TTNT. The Public Cloud at Scale program focuses on helping the bank move from mainframe and private cloud to a public cloud in an efficient way. You will play a key role in strategic and targeted communications to engage the organization effectively.
Our goal for Turn To New Tech is to expedite our technology transformation and achieve significant strategic objectives:
- Increase productivity by 20%
- Reduce running costs by 15%
- Minimize legacy technology and transform our tech stack
- Upskill our workforce and enhance the developer experience
- Adopt innovative software delivery methods

Collaborate in a Diverse and Motivated Team Environment
Our team of 12 diverse professionals - including change managers, communication specialists, project managers, and consultants - are located in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Vilnius. We work collaboratively across these locations to support a wide range of leaders and stakeholders. This position is based in Copenhagen in our new Domicile, operating in a flexible and hybrid setup.
You will report to the Head of Transformation & Implementation in the TECH domain and contribute directly to the Public Cloud transformation. Our team's strong collaboration, strategic long-term vision, hands-on approach, and pragmatic solutions ensure the high-quality delivery of our initiatives.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, different seniority levels may be available for this role.
You will be assigned to one of our Public Cloud at Scale program, a Strategic Building Blocks within TTNT, working closely with our Senior Leaders and team members to achieve our overarching commitments and program milestones.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, leading, and executing the Change Communication plan and activities tailored for the Strategic Building Block.
- Identifying the stages of the change journey for key target groups and customizing communication activities to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborating robustly with the Senior Leader and other team members within the Strategic Building Block to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Writing compelling posts for our internal communication channels to enhance understanding of our strategic direction and boost employee engagement.
- Aligning your efforts with the overall Turn To New Tech change management- and communication strategy to ensure a unified approach across the organization.
For this role, we are seeking a seasoned professional with the following qualifications and skills:
- Preferably 10+ years of experience in Communications, serving as an executive advisor to Senior Leaders.
- A strong passion for driving organizational change through strategic communication.
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex concepts and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Demonstrates proactive leadership, ownership of responsibilities, and effective execution of tasks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding planning capabilities and communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) as well as SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt well to change.
- A positive team player with great energy and a can-do attitude.
