Carlsberg Sweden is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Finance department

About the role
As a Business Analyst at Carlsberg Sweden, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the forecasting process, with a primary focus on the OPEX process (operation expenses). This involves creating time plans, providing communication and system support, and conducting deviation analysis to ensure effective operations. You will work closely with stakeholders among the organization to investigate and analyze specific business areas, utilizing system support to provide insights and efficiencies.

Additionally, you will take ownership of operating cost management, overseeing cost-saving initiatives and ensuring effective cost control in collaboration with the cost group owner. A significant part of your role will involve identifying and implementing improvement projects to enhance processes within the business area and budget/estimate process. Occasionally, you will also provide support on various ad hoc projects as needed.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics or a related field, and who has solid experience in a business support or finance role. You should have proven project management skills and be capable of driving change and development within the organization. Technically, you are an expert in Excel, and it is beneficial with experience in SAP, AnaPlan and Power BI.

However, we believe that personality is just as important—if not more so—than experience. We are looking for someone with a proactive, analytical, and independent mindset, as well as the ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail. Advanced communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to listen and engage effectively in discussions. You should be a collaborative team player, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
