We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager, depending on experience, to lead our skilled team of data professionals, including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. The Role
As a Manager/Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will oversee a team of five data experts and have an important part in developing both the operational and strategic aspects of data-driven initiatives. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering high-impact projects, while your technical expertise will enable you to mentor and collaborate effectively. We're seeking someone who brings together advanced technical abilities with a solid background in team leadership. The Data Analytics team sit under the Data & Insights function in our Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists), promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Comprehensive Analytics: Conduct in-depth cross-source analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing holistic overviews of key performance indicators and data flows
• Strategic Insight Generation: Elevate analysis to a strategic level, providing actionable insights that inform and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and presentation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of insights
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, translating technical data findings into business strategies that support decision-making at all levels
• Data-Driven Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, adopt new tools and technologies, and apply innovative approaches to data analytics and engineering solutions

About the Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success Department
The Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success Department is the hub for HQ functions related to the commercial and customer areas at 3Shape. This diverse department encompasses teams specializing in marketing, commercial excellence, customer success, corporate communications, and recurring revenue etc. With 180+ team members from 22 nationalities spread across Denmark, Ukraine, Poland, and other locations, it's a global and diverse environment where collaboration thrives.

About the Data & Insights Team
The Data & Insights Team is a group of 14 skilled professionals who provide crucial support to the department. Our primary mission is to empower functions and markets with data, analytics, insights, and project management support. We work closely with the Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success Department and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making.

About You:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 7+ years in data-focused roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity, with proven experience managing teams of data professionals
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and various business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Power BI. Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data engineering frameworks
• Demonstrable expertise in orchestrating team efforts, endowed with robust mentoring skills and proficiency in deciphering complex group dynamics
• Ability to think critically and translate data insights into strategic decisions. Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
