Your future team
We are an international team, consisting of 30 dedicated and motivated engineers. Here you will work closely with helpful and supporting colleagues in a smaller team of 6 technical project managers. In the project assignments you will collaborate with specialists from the other engineering departments in Group Technology and other European locations.
What you will be doing
As a Technical Project Manager, you will work on all phases of a project, from initial specifications and design to test, commissioning and after service. Assignments could also be as Project Manager (PM) for smaller projects or Part Project Manager (PPM) for larger projects.
Your responsibility area will be within ROCKWOOLs “state of the art control” systems and automation infrastructure, in close corporation with our inhouse specialists, contractors/sub-suppliers, developers and peers from other competence areas.
Your assignments can vary from small machine deliveries and support cases to participation in large "Green field" factory projects on a global scale – mainly in Europe, Asia and North America.
You should expect around 90 travel days per year.

As a Technical Project Manager, we are imagining these competences and experience for success in the role:
- Have a background within Automation and/or Electrical Engineering
- A skilled problem solver and experienced in analysis and complexity
- Be able to secure high standard in your project execution and deliveries
- Have an eye for the end result and keeping a high quality standard in your projects
- You enjoy and see the power in being a team player, ready to work independently as well as in project teams
- Communicate smoothly and efficient with your internal stakeholders in the ROCKWOOL subsidiaries, and to your nearest superior and colleagues.
- Ability to You should expect around 90 travel days per year.
- You are professional in speaking and writing English proficient - additional language skills is an advantage!
