Solution Architect | ProMark

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our dynamic architecture team

You will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing applications that support the strategic technological roadmap. This role involves a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Job description
As a Solution Architect at ProMark, you will design and develop scalable, secure architecture solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimal performance. This role involves leading technical projects and delivering proof of concepts for new technologies and business needs. Having a keen interest in exploring, evaluating and demonstrating new technologies is an important part of the role, in which you will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, data streaming, containerization, and database management, particularly with technologies like .NET, MS Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. Key responsibilities
Architecture design: Develop and design robust, scalable, and secure architecture solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Project leadership: Lead the technical aspects of projects from inception through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Technology integration: Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructures, addressing compatibility and performance issues.

Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions and improve existing systems.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including design specifications, technical guides, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or system design
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Expertise in .NET, Kafka, Kubernetes, and/or PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions
