Student Assistant – External Partnerships and M&A

We are looking for a Student Assistant who is passionate about stakeholder management at all seniority levels and wants to get a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of partners. The External Partnership and M&A team is anchored in the Asset Strategy & Strategic Partnerships function and consists of two entities, one focused on procurement partnerships and one focused on M&A integration and divestments. While procurement partnerships will be the primary focus of this position, there will be an opportunity to get involved in tasks associated with the M&A area to contribute to the team's overall objectives.

- A base in our HQ, Esplanaden 50, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Some travel should be expected (10-15 days a year).
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting our external partners in their procurement efforts.
- Tracking of category performance.
- Preparing and coordinating supplier negotiations.
- Planning and facilitating workshops.
- Supporting implementation of selected key initiatives.
- Assisting ongoing projects.
- Solving problems in a structured and analytical manner.
- Bringing a fresh mindset into your work and help us be good at getting better.
We are looking for:
- A team player that values people ethics and have a natural flair for stakeholder management.
- A proactive self-starter, who can take ownership, as well as work and achieve results independently.
- A highly result-driven and solution-focused individual with the ability to manage a variety of tasks in parallel.
- A structured and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within procurement and a commercial mindset will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate data is an advantage.
- It is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English, a good knowledge of Danish is preferred.
