About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Project Quality Management team of around 30 professionals, each bringing unique expertise, backgrounds, and levels of experience. In this role, you will work both independently and within collaborative teams to manage quality activities in large, complex projects. Our goal is to ensure that quality is integrated seamlessly with project execution.

How you might spend your days
As an experienced Quality Engineer, you’ll be:

• Setting direction for and performing quality activities for disciplines on large and complex projects
  
• Participating in supplier management activities including supplier assessments and inspections
  
• Coordinating and facilitating design reviews
  
• Oversee test activities and review test documentation
  
• Ensuring traceability from user requirements to design documents and test documentation
  
• Providing guidance on resolving quality-related issues

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical production
  
• You have minimum 5 years of experience with quality planning, verification and validation in the life science/biotech industry
  
• You have experience with project execution
