Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle is seeking a dynamic and motivated student worker to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry while supporting various departments within our organization. The student worker will assist with a wide range of tasks and projects, providing valuable support to our team members and contributing to the success of Vestas.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document organization
• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting software applications, equipment, and other technical tools as needed
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across departments to support various projects and initiatives
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by supervisors to contribute to organizational goals
• Conceptual Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and research efforts to generate innovative ideas and solutions for industry challenges
• Model Data Management: Aid in the organization and upkeep of data models used for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating on improvements for efficiency

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university with a focus on relevant areas such as business, engineering, environmental science, or related fields
• Experience with or interest in learning one or more of the following platforms: Unity, Vuforia, Power Platform, Worklink Create & Synergy XR
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability ideal
