Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Technolution
Our manufacturing team is growing, so we are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to strengthening our in-house expertise in the field.
Your role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality standards in manufacturing of medical devices. As the link between R&D and production, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems and processes that enhance production flow, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

- Develop process documentation and work instructions for clients, suppliers, and CMOs
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to solve production issues during development
- Manage contact to suppliers and stakeholders
As a consultant, you will work on diverse projects ranging from start-ups to industry leaders, some days from the office in Hørsholm, some days onsite at the clients and some days remote. And by the way: being a consultant at Technolution is not the equivalent of being a lone wolf. You will always be part of a team; at the clients or at Technolution.
Your qualifications
- MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field)
- At least 3 years of industrial experience within manufacturing engineering in a highly regulated industry, preferably within medical devices
