We work with a variety of different projects and organisations, and our primary capabilities are:

- People in Deals (post merger integration, culture etc.).
We believe that delivering great results for our clients is only possible through a culture, where psychological safety and great leadership are the core values for success. What we would love to see
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager or Senior Manager with deep expertise in HR transformations. - Senior Manager: You have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience working with HR transformations
- You are experienced in managing a project (end-to-end)
- You have worked in consulting and hold a great understanding of and experience with sales, business development, and building client relationships
- You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- You have a strong focus on creating value and transferring knowledge to our clients
- You live in Denmark during the employment
It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken English, and that you have intermediate to advanced experience in working with the Microsoft Office package.
About the role
Working closely with our partners, you will engage with large organisations, addressing a diverse portfolio of tasks related to people management and organisational development. Our approach remains solution-focused, data driven and analytical, providing guidance throughout all phases of development projects, particularly those involving critical change. You are a curious person, eager to learn and work together with people to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. We welcome ambitious and innovative colleagues who can both support and challenge our partners and ourselves.
