As a Project Manager at our Warehouse in Copenhagen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. You will collaborate with internal customers to define project scopes and solutions, facilitate workshops on logistical processes, and prepare warehouse layouts in cooperation with external consultants and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include reporting on the project portfolio, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the specification and installation of machinery and equipment

You will play an important role in:

• Manage projects according to scope, timeline, and budget
• Define project scopes and solutions in collaboration with internal customers
• Report on project portfolio
• Facilitate workshops on logistical processes
• Investigate and clarify solutions with stakeholders
• Prepare warehouse layouts with external consultants and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the specification of machinery and equipment
• Assist with project installations, completion, and handover

We imagine that you:

• Have a background in warehouse or related fields
• Possess basic project management experience
• Have experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
• Are methodical and able to achieve commitment from stakeholders
• Are structured, result-oriented, and capable of executing projects on schedule
• Have excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Are a team player who enjoys sharing experiences and fostering organizational learning
• Have previous experience in a logistical environment
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
