About the role
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Maintenance Program Manager to join their Global Asset Reliability and Maintenance team. The MHE Maintenance Program Manager will provide expert guidance on the maintenance and optimization of MHE, including but not limited to forklifts, reach stackers, hand pallet trucks and AGVs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing MHE, identifying improvements through system analysis.
- Develop and maintain documentation on maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
- Establish global MHE governance and performance management practices with regional maintenance teams.
- Develop strategic KPIs to monitor global MHE performance.
- Support and implement change management for deploying new standards.
- Lead MHE lifecycle projects, focusing on cost optimization and business alignment.
- Design and deliver training programs on MHE operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure appropriate equipment acquisition and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovations that enhance operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications or professional qualifications are a plus.
- Multi-years’ experience in material handling equipment, with a proven track record of successfully developing global MHE standards and governance across multiple countries.

- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale change-management projects from inception to completion
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs and standards.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software.
