Your role and responsibilities
· In this position, you are going to provide leadership, vision, and direction for the Infrastructure at PCP, ensuring it aligns with both the IA PCP Business strategy and Information Security goals. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing activities that optimize value, manage costs, minimize risks, and ensure effective operations, all in alignment with ABB IS and ABB PA IS strategy and standards and business requirements. · You will implement ABB IS standards to create a high-performance infrastructure capability that supports the business. This includes managing global, multi-country project implementations that deliver enhancements to shared IT platforms or business-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with suppliers and business functions in a multi-vendor landscape. · Leading a multinational team of IS Managers, Specialists, and business contacts, you will provide global coordination and oversight of business unit Information Security and Infrastructure compliance. This role requires you to operate in a transforming business environment where processes, tools, and teams are still being defined and operationalized. · You will be responsible for establishing and directing the information security strategy for the IA PCP organization, complementing the global information security strategy. This involves implementing and monitoring information security standards and policies, ensuring robust risk-based governance of information security within PCP. · Finally, you will manage stakeholders’ expectations across multiple geographies, functions, and management levels, leading resources that are virtually spread across several cultures. Your leadership will be key in navigating this complex environment, ensuring proper infrastructure and compliance with Information Security policies and standards.

Qualifications for the role

• · You will need a Master’s degree and over 10 years of IT experience, particularly in developing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Infrastructure services and global operations. Your background should include significant exposure to Information Security service implementation and monitoring, ensuring you can handle the complexities of this role.
• · You should be well-versed in working with both national and international regulatory compliance frameworks. This knowledge is crucial for navigating the various legal and regulatory landscapes that impact our operations. Additionally, your experience in planning, budgeting, and cost allocation will be essential for managing resources effectively and ensuring financial efficiency.
• · Your expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Infrastructure and Information Security services will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities.
• · Proven performance as an IT leader in a complex, global organization is necessary, as you will be interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
• · Leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams is a key part of this role. Your ability to successfully manage and inspire teams across different regions and cultures will be critical to achieving our goals and maintaining a cohesive, productive work environment.
