Scope of the Role
As our new Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for defining the steps we need to take as an organisation to extend the average lifetime of our customers. In this role you will collaborate closely with the broader management team and the strategy function to design the right solutions and coordinate the implementation.
In this role, you will:
- Challenge our current ways of workingwith a desire to make a positive impact
- Develop recommendations for how we improve our work with customer retention based on a deep understanding of our business and commercial dynamics
- Drive change management process in close collaboration with a broad range of functions and departments
- Manage a broad mix of stakeholders ranging from top management to colleagues close to execution

We imagine a candidate with:
- 3-5 years experience from a similar role
- Solid commercial and strategic experience - with an ability to leverage data/insights in your way of working
- Passionate about working with customer retention - and specific experience with churn management
- Experience with project management & stakeholder management
- Clear and engaging communicator
- A proactive mindset and action-oriented
- Be a good colleague who people enjoy working with
We are:
You will be joining the strategy team which is a team of three, led by the Chief Strategy Officer, Thomas Berger. The strategy team’s key responsibilities include developing our company strategy, driving commercial excellence initiatives and supporting M&A activities and strategic partnerships.. The main stakeholders in the daily life of the strategy team is the management team of e-conomic along with our Managing Director, Karina.

The process will look as follows:
1. Initial screening
The initial dialogue and screening will be conducted by Think About People, our recruitment agency for this role, who will assist in qualifying candidates for the process. You are welcome to reach out to Karoline or Jacques if you have any questions. This dialogue will be around 30 minutes.
2. First interview
Meet Thomas Berger, our Chief Strategy Officer and/or Martin Bergholdt, Strategy Principal. This interview will be around 60 minutes (online).
3. Second interview
Dive deeper into the role together with Thomas and/or Martin, where you'll explore various topics related to the role, with a focus on your profile and fit with the role.
You’ll receive a case beforehand, which you’ll be expected to present. You will also get a personality test to complete online prior to the interview. We anticipate the preparation time to be maximum 4 hours.
Feedback on the personality test will be given at the end of the interview, along with a colleague from our People & Culture team. This interview will be around 90 minutes.
