If so, we invite you to apply for the position of PMO Analyst within Novo Nordisk's Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) expansion area in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT).
The Position
As our PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the operationalisation of the PMO Strategy, with a strong focus on data analytics. You will be responsible for establishing a robust portfolio management framework to oversee our capital projects within API Expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and govern our project portfolio management system, aligned with our entire API area.
- Contribute to the development of our data analytics capability.
- Gather and analyse data to support risk assessments, benchmarking, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance business intelligence and recommend solutions for optimising project delivery and control processes.
- Coordinate support for monthly reporting activities across the portfolio.
- Conduct organisational analysis, portfolio planning, estimation reports, resource management and progress, risk management, and escalation.
This position is located in Kalundborg, with the flexibility to work remotely up to three days a week. We also offer transport arrangements to the site from Odense and the Greater Copenhagen Area.
Qualifications:
- An academic Degree in IT, engineering, advanced data science, statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, portfolio management, or project management office roles.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and methods.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) applications and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to articulate clear goals and purpose for project team members.
- Demonstrated experience in creating effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in project management from construction projects considered a strong advantage.
As a person, you have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data and analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are able to present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling way, and you are able to facilitate conversations with internal business stakeholders and external partners. You are proactive, self-driven and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders.
About the Department
You will join the newly formed Project Management Office, part of the Investment Project Office within the API Expansion Area in PSQIT. Our collaborative and dynamic team is comprised of 6 diverse members who are deeply involved in all our strategic projects.
