Your new role
As our new Senior Global Speak Up Manager, you will be the team lead of two employees in the Global Speak Up Team located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will report to the Head of our Global Speak Up Team and be part of a dedicated group of professionals who enjoys working together providing independent and impartial subject matter expert investigations. We share a commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world. No two days will be the same, but they will be challenging and fun.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Team lead the Global Speak Up Team, incl. assigning and prioritizing tasks and ensuring progress
- Investigation of suspicious activities and handling concerns reported under our Whistleblower programme, including conducting investigations and managing internal stakeholders
- Handling inquiries from employees to the Global Speak Up Team
- Working with senior management to assess and address significant regulatory risks associated with investigations
- Monitoring changes to the Whistleblower regulations in the countries Ramboll operates
- Contributing to the development of our internal procedures and toolbox for Whistleblower programme

- Qualified attorney with substantial experience with whistleblower cases or other sensitive conduct matters
- A strong attention to detail and an analytical and challenging mindset
- Ability to prioritize and ensure progress on various tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, structured, and systematic approach and ability to prioritize, multitasks and work independently.
- A strong team-player and capable of building strong relations
- Experience with managing people issues
- Flexible with a positive mindset
- Skilled at interacting and communicating with colleagues from all levels of an organization and with different areas of expertise than yourself
- Fluent in spoken and written legal/corporate English
Furthermore, it is an asset if you have experience in managing a workflow and ensuring progress in case handling.
