In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Main Engineering Contact & Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for engineering hubs and sales, ensuring smooth communication, support and cost recovery.
- Performance, Compliance & Issue Management: Coordinate performance reporting, ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, and address project issues to keep everything on track.
- Collaboration & Planning: Represent Engineering in Sales and Operations planning, align strategies with market trends, and apply Centers of Excellence (COEs) for improved performance.
- Team Development & Leadership: Coach team members, foster innovation, and create opportunities for growth, ensuring the team stays skilled and engaged.
- Customer-First & Budget Focus: Promote a customer-centric and approach commercial metrics, balancing quality and budget management to meet both client and business needs.
- Total number of employees reporting to this position: 3 – 5
Who You Are:
You are passionate about making an impact and getting involved in exciting new projects. You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in team leadership or people management.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and consultancy.
- Management experience in systems, software, process automation, or application engineering.
- A strong track record in developing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in the local language and excellent command of English (both written and verbal), with strong communication skills.
