We are seeking an experienced IT specialist with broad IT knowledge to support our remote access infrastructure and deliver cybersecurity services to our customers. Ensuring a secure and reliable infrastructure is crucial, as our clients represent critical infrastructure worldwide. Our cybersecurity services help customers meet the requirements of various cybersecurity frameworks. BEUMER is ISO27001 certified, highlighting our commitment to high standards in information security.
We are looking for a self-driven, passionate team player who is also service-minded.
Our Remote Support team consists of 11 IT specialists and architects, primarily based in Denmark, with engineers in Canada, UAE, France and Australia. We are continuously expanding our global organization.
Your job tasks will include:
- Deliver cyber-security services to our customers, this could include vulnerability and scheduled patching services.
- Improving our remote support infrastructure with a focus on availability, usability, and security.
- Setting up, enhancing, and maintaining our remote access platform and connections to our customers
- Supporting our Hotline department and Monitoring Center with queries related to our remote support infrastructure.
Working hours may vary as our customer base is global and our systems are production-critical. You can expect up to 40 travelling days per year to visit customers and BEUMER Group companies worldwide.
An experienced and curious IT specialist with network focus and general IT infrastructure knowledge.
We expect you to have solid experience in network operations, Microsoft and ESXi operating systems, and server and network firmware. This expertise should be built on a foundation of relevant education, training and certifications. You should possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience within these areas.
As a person you have excellent communication skills, speaking and writing fluent English – Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement. You enjoy supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects within a team where you are empowered and accountable. You thrive in an ambitious environment where long-term solutions align with supporting execution teams to deliver world-class solutions.
