Financial Business Partner - Falck Teknik
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional, with a strong business acumen for the position as Financial Business Partner (FBP) to Falck Teknik domiciled in Sydhavnen in Copenhagen and in Greve. The FBP will head the business finance in Falck Teknik with app. DKK 200m in revenue and 170 employees and will play a pivotal role in executing Falck Teknik’s business plans as financial and business advisor, integrator, strategist and communicator. The position will be part of the Falck Teknik leadership team.

The FBP for Falck Teknik will work closely with the Falck Teknik leadership team and the entire Falck Teknik organization providing financial and business insights.
Some of the job headlines include:
- Orchestrating and manage financial steering for Falck Teknik by combining advanced analytics for data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
- Key position in the leadership team for Falck Teknik acting as proactive sparring partner for both the leadership team and all levels of the organization.
- Establish and lead relevant management reporting and data insights.
- Establish KPI’s that combines financial and operational performance.
- Support the business with profitability reports, analysis and proactive sparring on how to improve performance.
- Prepare forecasts and establish processes to increase financial predictability.
- Develop and improve data quality.
- Business case development and following up on projects.
- Provide commercial insight and ensure a holistic financial understanding across the full value chain.
- Formulating and leading ad-hoc projects
About you To succeed in the role, you possess a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen and communication skills.
You work in a structured manner; you take initiative and challenge status quo.
Your analytical mindset takes you beyond the numbers to ensure the business understanding and impact on performance.
You are outgoing, self-motivation, forward looking and have strong stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- +5 years of relevant experience and preferably experience from a similar position in Business Finance.
- Profound finance acumen and strategic mindset
- Curious to understand the business.
- Experienced integrator between Business and Finance with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills and an ability to translate complex issues into clear messages and convey these to the various stakeholders in a simple and compelling way.
- An analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving, focusing on the underlying value drivers.
- Experience from working with data and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- A relevant master’s degree or similar (preferable in finance, economics, or business administration)
- Fluent in English

Falck Teknik also offers maintenance service of fire equipment, fire consultancy and installation of fire protection solutions to the B2B customer segment
