Our Challenger Academy is for you, if you have an interest in being a consultant with a steep learning curve, work with different experts and have a great variety of tasks and enjoys helping companies with their needs. We envision you having an analytical mindset, financial flair and likes solving intricate financial and digital problems. You should be interested in working with external stakeholders and see the value of building long-lasting relationships with clients. You like taking ownership of your own tasks and learning whilst broadening your skillset by working closely with experienced colleagues.

Additionally, we require the following competences and interests:

• Financial value creation and/or optimisation
• Digitalisation and automation of the finance function
• Strategic transformation of the finance function

Furthermore, it is expected that you are fluent in Danish and English, as it is demanded by our client portfolio.
