We Offer
At Nestlé Nordic HR, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) Team. In Nordic HR, we are 25 people working in three areas: Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition and Development. The TAD team consists of six people based in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. As a TA Partner, you will report to our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Patrik Henriksson.

Your Future Challenges
In this role, you will manage recruitments in Denmark and lead our Nordic employer branding strategy. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes and spearhead talent acquisition projects. This position requires both independent work and team collaboration with HR colleagues.

Key tasks include:

  • Executing the Nordic employer branding strategy, including campaigns and updating attraction materials.
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, managing the full recruitment process:
    • Aligning job profiles and advising hiring managers.
    • Challenging job content, skills, and qualifications.
    • Screening candidates, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
    • Supporting negotiations and preparing contracts.

Occasional travel within the Nordic countries may be required.

Your Experiences and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • The ability to partner with the business and guide hiring managers for optimal recruitment outcomes.
  • An interest and experience in Employer Branding, including event execution and content creation. Creative thinking to develop and implement innovative employer branding initiatives.
  • A relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a Nordic team.
  • A genuine passion for working with people and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
