Your role
We are looking for a technically skilled Power BI Platform Manager/Lead to strengthen our data and analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the architecture, administration, and development of our Power BI platform, ensuring best practices in governance, standardization, and exploring AI integration opportunities. You will work closely with a talented team that includes a Platform Architect and Data Architects, collaborating across different locations.
What you’ll work with
- Architecture: Design and implement a governance model, including Self-Service BI technology, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Administration: Manage Power BI workspaces, premium capacity, and gateways, ensuring optimal performance and efficient platform usage.
- Reports and Datasets: Establish technical standardization, conduct reviews, and oversee development and deployment processes for reports and datasets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI solutions.
- AI Exploration: Support the integration of AI capabilities into the Power BI platform, working alongside team members to leverage advanced analytics.
You will be part of a team of three, with two team members based in Aarhus and one in Copenhagen. You will report directly to the Director, Head of Data & AI, Emil Bojsen Træden.
We imagine that you:
- Have strong experience in Power BI architecture, administration, and governance
- Possess a proven track record of implementing and managing Self-Service BI solutions
- Are familiar with AI and data analytics tools (this would be an advantage)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Have a robust and proactive personality, comfortable with taking ownership and leading initiatives
- Excel in stakeholder management and building relationships across the organization
- Are fluent in English, with the ability to interact with diverse teams
We offer
An exciting job in an international environment. You will be part of a small and innovative team that’s open to new ideas, and there’s a real opportunity to impact the way we work. We maintain a very informal way of working, with daily sparring and coordination, balancing a sense of humor with a "getting-things-done" attitude.
Work location
Aarhus, Copenhagen, or sometimes from home.
