Job Description
You will join the Brand & Design Team within Corporate Communications.
Together with the Creative Manager, Design Manager and student workers, you will have the objective of developing and maintaining the Danfoss Brand and Identity.

You will report to the Brand & Design Team leader.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Drive international branding campaigns from idea to execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Danfoss business segments and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Create content and campaign ideas that respond to urgent topics and themes in society as well as long term branding initiatives.
• Help build a strong team-collaboration and performance.
• Be the vehicle of internal communication up and downwards, while staying loyal to the decisions made.

Background & Skills
You will have to navigate in a complex matrix structure with various international stakeholders which requires a strong business understanding and you bring a minimum of 5 years of experience from a large organization or an international agency.

Furthermore you:
• Have solid international experience and an international mindset
• Are a true team player and put the team’s success over your own achievements
• Can translate the overall strategic themes into campaigns and content
• Understand various broad target audiences ranging from business audiences, decision makers to policy makers and future employees
• Have experience and knowledge in user journeys across all channels and digital platforms
• Are robust and keep your head calm during challenging situations
• Are a trained project manager. Can work in both agile processes and long-term projects
• Can manage both a strategic overview and execution at the same time and are not hesitant to create and write the story yourself
• Hold a Master’s degree in marketing or similar
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbally and in writing)

Location: Nordborg (3 out of 5 working days)
