We are searching for a
Talent Attraction Partner.
This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join our Talent Attraction team. The team is in charge of all recruitment processes and bringing more great people to BEC. Currently, our team consists of 10 passionate experts, and right now we are looking for one more talented colleague to join us. If you are passionate about recruitment and excited about continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Natalia Faccio.
Primary task and responsibilities:
- In the position as talent attraction partner, you will work closely with hiring managers (from Poland and Denmark) and external vendors.
- Work on the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to offering and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies to effectively meet them.
- Use sourcing strategies and market experience to attract and engage passive high-quality candidates.
- Proactive use of advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub etc).
- Analyze business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions across the business.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimize the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through personalized and efficient communication.
- Supporting external employer branding activities as well as in-office social events to attract new talent.
To succeed you will have:
- Between 3-5 years
of experience in sourcing and recruitment. - Understanding of the IT market (including knowledge of tools, programming languages, IT positions etc.), its trends and opportunities.
- Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, stakeholders management and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Proactiveness, openness and smile :)
- “How can we do this better?” approach to everyday life and “team first, ego last” working style.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning.
It is nice to have:
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies for recruitment (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics).
- Experience in Polish labor market regulation.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
