Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with expertise in Figma with a focus on intuitive user experiences and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Prioritize accessibility by creating digital experiences that are inclusive and meet WCAG standards and regulatory requirements, making our solutions easy to use for people of all abilities.
- Develop scalable design systems in Figma to maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Conduct user research through workshops, interviews, and data collection (both qualitative and quantitative), along with usability testing, to gain a deep understanding of user needs and ensure designs meet user and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
Requirements mandatory:
- Swedish citizen and fluent in Swedish and English languages
- 5+ years in UX/UI design, with strong experience in Figma or similar design tools, particularly with web-based design systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and the ability to solve complex challenges.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience in designing for diverse abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and acting as a key role in the team, mediating between developers and end clients.
- Self-driven and responsible, with the ability to work independently while taking ownership of projects and tasks
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Excellent communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and a collaborative spirit that values knowledge-sharing within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Agile design work.
- 1+ years of experience managing design systems with tokens.
- 3+ years of CMS and content modeling experience.
- 1+ years of experience managing digital brand assets.
- 3+ years of experience working with or for government entities.

Location: Digital-first team with offices across multiple cities in Sweden, as well as other locations throughout the Nordics. While our team operates primarily online, we prefer candidates based in Sweden to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration.
