About the Role
As a Distribution Analyst, you will ensure efficient distribution operations by providing the required analytics and reporting. You will participate in and drive projects together with both internal parties and transport providers and you will also collaborate with the European Distribution team. One key area of responsibility is to ensure a proper freight invoicing and settlement process. Additionally, you will support with in-depth analyses on carrier performance, tender results, transport market etc. This position offers a wide range of activities and possibilities to further develop your skills.
This is a permanent position located in Mölndal. As a Distribution Analyst you will report to the Distribution Manager Region Nordics. This role requires occasional travel (2-3 times per year).

As a Distribution Analyst, you will:
- Be responsible for freight and market warehousing costing and settlement in the region.
- Govern/implement standard freight invoice process incl continuous improvements.
- Maintain transport plan/tariff templates in the rate database for TMS updates.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the transport plan and related carrier performance.
- Prepare reports and analytics for sourcing events (transport tenders), network reviews, and strategic footprint changes (production moves).
- Report on agreed service and cost KPIs by geography and Business Unit, as well as service providers (carrier scorecards).
- Perform root-cause analysis on service and/or cost deviations and propose solutions.
- Support projects by gathering, analysing, and processing required logistics data sets.
Who You Are

You are structured and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work, while also maintaining a holistic view to understand the bigger picture. Furthermore, you build and maintain strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Assertiveness is key, as you express your arguments clearly and directly. You are a strong communicator who can persuade others to achieve common goals and you can drive continuous improvement within the organization. You have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related field.
- At least three years of experience in transportation, logistics or customer service.
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Experience working with SAP S4 is an advantage.
- Experience of TMS systems is an advantage.
- Experience of freight tariffs and invoice handling is desirable.
