We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner with a strong interest in finance reporting, business partnering, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is newly educated or has limited experience but possesses a solid understanding of financial principles and a keen interest in leveraging data tools like Power BI.
About the job
As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the financial operations and decision-making processes within our organization. You will collaborate closely with various business units to ensure financial goals are met and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support in achieving their objectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data tools such as Power BI to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of financial initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Forecasting: Support the forecasting process by gathering relevant data and assisting in scenario planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand financial interdependencies and communicate findings effectively.
- Monthly Reviews: Participate in monthly business review meetings, providing financial insights and highlighting key areas of focus.
About you We believe you will thrive in this role if you have
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Financial Acumen: A good understanding of finance principles and practices.
- Data Skills: Interest in and knowledge of data analysis tools, particularly Power BI.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Mindset: A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
