The position
We offer an evolving position as part of a dynamic, social, and highly skilled team focusing on simplicity and adaptability in the daily work.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate, oversee and complete shipments of both GMP and non-GMP materials, in the development of new pharmaceuticals used in clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders such as material suppliers, logistics services, project managers, Quality Assurance etc, to obtain sufficient knowledge to ensure patient safety, trough GMP and GDP.

As we work in with global stakeholders, some travel could occur (1 week per year).

Both continuous improvements and optimizations is highly in focus as CMC Shipping is a new area of responsibility and continuously growing. We focus on cutting complexity and incorporate simplicity, as we optimize our direction catalysed by new information.

Qualifications

  • To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
  • Relevant background within freight forwarding, transporting, global logistics, supply chain or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience working within one of these areas: Global Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, GMP and GDP, pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry.
  • You take a systematic approach to problem solving and have a strong quality mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably also in Danish.

You are structured with a profound sense of priority and enjoy setting the direction and taking initiative. About the department
Your new team consists of teen dedicated, knowledgeable, fun, and open-minded full-time employees, located in Søborg.
