Your daily adventure
As a CE Field Service Consultant, you will play an important role in optimizing and digitalizing customer processes within Dynamics 365.

You will be involved throughout the entire process - from identifying and analyzing customer needs, to solution design, development phase and implementation of the solution. You will also advise and train the companies' super users.

The implementations are done in close collaboration with the CE team, where one or more from the team may be involved in the process. You will manage the overall project management and ensure that the customer is informed throughout the process from start to finish.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders and understand customers' business needs;
• Design and configure D365 Field Service solutions;
• Facilitate training and guidance of end-users;
• Optimize and improve customer Field Service processes;
• Act as Solution Architect on new Field Service cases;
• Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including preparing product presentations, demos and quote estimation, in close collaboration with the sales team.

Skills

• You can see yourself in the role of architect, advisor and educator;
• You have proven 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service, as well as experience implementing or operating D365 CE solutions;
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and have a customer-focused approach;
• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• You demonstrate product presentation skills and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both professional and non-professional audiences.
