About the role
We are looking for a Project Facilitator to join our team of facilitators in the Project and Portfolio Management department. Our Project Facilitators are working on streamlining project execution processes and enhancing collaboration.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Facilitator, you’ll be:
- Working with projects, and project managers on strategic, tactical and operational levels
- Facilitating workshops and initiatives that inspire collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving, including facilitating A3 problem solving workshops
- Shaping strategic project initiatives to improve project execution together with the project manager, creating and promoting a cohesive project identity and collaboration culture
- Leading internal and external project communications, simplifying complex topics for alignment across all stakeholders
- Developing visual tools to enhance project understanding and reduce miscommunication among team members
- Supporting role definition and team accountability, fostering a positive, inclusive environment

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or other relevant field
- Proven experience in project facilitation, project management, or similar roles
- Proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience in designing and executing workshops, as well as fostering collaborative team cultures
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluent in English, written and oral
