The position
As a Training Supporter, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring effective training and the professional development of colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Assisting management in establishing an efficient training system to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Taking the lead in driving and implementing training-related improvement projects, including communicating and executing the applicable training strategy, which you will collaborate on with our central training organization.
• Creating and developing training solutions.
• Supporting management with administrative duties related to training.
• Performing administrative tasks such as managing training allocation/cancellation, reviewing changes in education, and generating reports.
As a Training Supporter, you will work independently, and it is expected that you will take the initiative to initiate projects to enhance the training system in the area.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• A structured approach to tasks and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and understanding of business needs.
• A commitment to performing both strategic and operational tasks in complex environments.
• The ability to work in a structured manner while also being flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
As an individual, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and possess a positive and pragmatic mindset that creates solutions that make a difference both in the office and in production. The ability to take the lead and motivate others to achieve common goals is important to you. You are a team player and will focus on developing and sharing best practices, but at the same time, you know how to drive a process independently.
About the department
M4 Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Denmark has locations in Gentofte, Hilleroed, and Kalundborg. These sites are where the active ingredients, which are used in all of our life-saving biotech products, are produced by approximately 600 dedicated colleagues. Our manufacturing process involves complex chemical and biotechnological processes that require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees. This includes cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We are currently operating at full capacity in our existing facilities while simultaneously constructing and ramping up new state-of-the-art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. Our commitment to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) ensures that we deliver the purest possible high-quality API, providing value to patients. We drive change by continuously seeking improvements within our processes and the way we collaborate to ensure that our products reach as many patients as possible.
