Your role
To support our rapid growth, Efficy is looking for an Customer Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will be crucial in helping our Operations team (which includes Professional Services, Customer Care, and Customer Success) work efficiently by providing them with the necessary resources, tools, and training to effectively engage with customers, drive revenue growth, and achieve their goals. You will also ensure operational consistency and processes optimization.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to create content, training programs, and tools that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of the Operations team.

Your key responsibilities:
1) Develop and maintain customer enablement programs

  • Create operations content, including presentations, proposals, and training materials, to support the operations team in their efforts to serve our customers.
  • Manage operations materials & collaterals, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company's messaging and branding.
  • Maintain knowledge of our product releases and keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the operations team is always equipped with the latest information and knowledge.
  • Manage translations & localization of all operational resources as needed.
  • Support new hire onboarding of new operations team members, providing training and support to ensure they are successful in their roles.

2) Ensure Operation excellence

  • Conduct and analyze operations performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the operations team, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their targets.
  • Implement tools to support the operations team, including analytics and automation

3) Collaborate with other departments

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, product and sales service, to ensure seamless coordination of customer-facing activities.

Your profile
The Customer Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our future growth and achieving our mission of operational excellence. We expect you to be a methodical self-starter ready to tackle significant challenges. You are energetic, determined, and have a sharp focus on execution, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

About YOU

  • Prior experience in a high-performing operations environment in roles such as operations, enablement and process improvement.
  • A strong understanding of operational workflows and needs, preferably in a CRM or software context, including the necessary content, methodologies, tools, and training.
  • Experience in creating and managing operational content and training resources.
  • Proven experience in leading change management and enablement initiatives as well as driving process improvements.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent English, and native/fluent in French OR Dutch
  • Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments.
