Join us as our new Application Development Lead
Do you want to work in an environment in which creativity, business drive and scientific excellence all thrive? If so, you could be our new colleague in the Baking Team at our Innovation Campus in Lyngby. You will have the chance to develop innovative products using Novonesis BioSolutions, while collaborating with a team of specialists and test bakers.

In This Role You’ll Make an Impact By

• Explore and Develop new product applications based on market and trends insights, collaborating closely to the Business Development group.
• Managing the operations of the Test Bakery and mentoring the Test Bakers, in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Engaging in co-creation initiatives with our customers to develop innovative and sustainable products to satisfy market demand and customer needs.
• Designing and executing experiments, interpreting results, and translating them reliable concepts that can be used by our customers. Proactive in using new ingredients and technology to deliver to the development briefing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and deliver on our pipeline goals.
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in baking technology and ingredients.

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Baking Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial bakeries R&D, with a strong understanding of formulation and process of baked goods.
• Interest to develop your leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different functions and bridge scientific knowledge into technical-commercial tools.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
