Head of Sales in Cyber Security – Password & Access Management

About the position
Uniqkey is on a growth journey, we have big ambitions, and we've closed a large seed round of DKK 40 mio. Therefore, we're looking for an experienced Sales professional to join us as a Head of Sales to lead our Sales & Partnership team of 7 people in the Nordic and Benelux markets. As Uniqkey’s most senior sales leader the Head of Sales will be responsible for strategic sales leadership and delivering our revenue goals. We expect to expand the sales organization as we grow in the coming years.
You will be directly responsible for our new business's growth and our international expansion's success. You will report to our CEO and work in close collaboration with our CMO and the rest of the Managerial team within Marketing, Customer Success and Product. Your overarching goal is to manage the sales team’s strategy in line with Uniqkey’s purpose and values and develop and identify opportunities with prospects and new clients in Nordics & Benelux and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
- Secure that the company delivers sales targets for months, quarters and year
- Lead and develop our sales organization across Europe
- Building and managing your own pipeline of high-value cases and partners
- Develop and deliver an impactful and scalable Sales strategy and action plan.
- Lead and develop the direction for a high-performance sales culture to support Uniqkey's revenue goals through in- and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and adapt sales best practices and methodologies to ensure the team fulfills its potential with ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and support.
- Develop and retain a stable and accountable sales pipeline
- Find, Grow, and Review Sales Channels to ensure consistent growth in Uniqkey's Sales Targets. Explore different GTM models.
- Lead and Develop the short and long-term initiatives to reduce sales cycles, increase hit rates, and enter new markets faster.
- Ensure commercial excellence through optimizing systems, integrations, methodologies and reporting. This includes using AI and Sales tools
- Drive new sales initiatives across existing and new markets
- Reporting on the performance and development of the Sales Department
- Managing SDR team in close collaboration with SDR team lead

Requirements
Professional competences
- Solid sales leadership experience from a growth start-up or mature large/corporate player in B2B/digital product/SaaS companies.
- Experience successfully building, scaling and implementing sales initiatives, operations, teams and strategy.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Extensive knowledge of relevant sales processes and sales tools (Salesforce, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Fluent in English (speech and writing), Danish is a huge plus

- Motivating people manager with the ability to exert influence through a combination of personality and solid argumentation rather than formal authority
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to maneuver among and collaborate with all internal stakeholders.

Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive compensation package that includes fixed and variable pay
- Paid Holiday: 25 days’ holiday plus all bank holidays.
Work hours & holiday:
- Flexible working hours: 08:00 – 18:00
- Visibility in the office and among salespeople is important
- There will be some travel in Europe
