As part of the Content & Experience team within the wider Retail organization, you will collaborate with a talented global team, driving key initiatives that enhance customer experiences, build customer loyalty, increase sales and elevate our brand.
From building aspirational content and overseeing critical touchpoints, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brand experience on the bang-olufsen.com site while supporting our broader retail goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute engaging, on-brand website content. Including shaping the visual style and layout of key web pages to enhance the user experience.
  • Manage key website pages including maintaining and optimizing strategic pages (for example the homepage or product pages), ensuring updates are timely and relevant to business goals.
  • Lead branded store locator optimization, meaning you will manage and continuously improve the store locator feature to enhance usability and accuracy.
  • Align omni-channel activations together with the local markets and retail network.
  • Support content management and analytics: use CMS tools to monitor site performance, analyze user engagement, and optimize content based on data.
  • Lead the Editorial Content Hub, requiring you to oversee and frequently update the editorial hub with articles, blogs, and multimedia to engage users and support SEO.

What you bring
You are someone with a background in working with content in the B2C sector, ideally with exposure or first-hand experience with high-end/luxury consumer products.
Moreover, you bring:

  • A BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field and fluency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
  • Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) and prior experience in integrating and managing UGC campaigns (e.g., reviews, social media posts, influencer collaborations).
  • Content development and editing experience. A background in content creation (writing, editing, multimedia production) including hands on experience in a CMS system such as Contentful or Sanity.
  • Convincing attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing, and consistent across different pages requires high attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think creatively and generate fresh content ideas that resonate with the audience is crucial, especially when collaborating with creative and social teams.
  • Collaboration and communication skills as this is vital for working effectively with creative, social media, marketing, and PR teams, as well as providing clear feedback to content writers.
  • Organizational and time-management skills as managing multiple content projects, keeping editorial calendars on track, and meeting deadlines efficiently is critical in this role.
  • A customer-centric approach. Understanding the target audience and prioritizing user experience across different platforms (website, social media, mobile) is key to creating engaging and relevant content.
