About the role
We are looking for Global Junior Associate Brand Manager to work in close co-operation with TENA Global Brand Manager Pack Design in pack development projects across TENA globally.
The role is dynamic and fast paced, working with a broad range of stakeholders, both within the Global teams and with local markets. The ability to be self-motivated, flexible and work across multiple projects is a must.
You will report directly to the Global Brand & Sustainability Communications Director.
What you will do:
- Pack design development project support for strategic projects.
- Drive Pack design development management for smaller pack design projects
- Managing and supporting in design finalization stages for all projects
- Implementation of existing design principles.
- Master design template quality assurance, handover and follow up.
- Asset creation and management.
- Pack shots – lead in creation and sharing.
- Actively participating in project Design Reviews and securing documentation related to new designs and updates is in place to ensure medical device regulation compliance.
- Day to day internal, BU and key region support and communication.
Who you are:
- Higher level of education in economics/marketing or graphic design in combination with at least 3 years of work experience. A combination of education in one area and work experience in another is meriting.
- Pack design experience; at least basic knowledge in design thinking and design development required to support packaging design projects from brief to final master deliveries.
- Good understanding of, and interest in pack design; graphic and structural design.
- Experience in working with graphic design is an advantage. An aesthetic sense is a must.
- Experience in collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in communicating in English.
- Shopper/market experience is meriting.
- Knowledge in, or keen to learn, printing techniques and technical requirements for printing on different substrates.
Furthermore, we expect you to be curious, eager to learn, adaptable in your outlook and to have a visual mindset with great ability to illustrate complex matters to others. You are organized with the ability to handle multiple projects, along with a keen eye for detail. You are naturally skilled in prioritizing and re-prioritizing tasks in a constantly changing environment with a very strong focus on reaching goals and deadlines. You are passionate about design. You are able to build and maintain strong relationships, navigate organizational dynamics and you are genuinely enthusiastic about building the TENA brand within B2C and B2B, Healthcare.
