Your role
As HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally within an international environment that prioritizes teamwork and innovation. You will be a key member of our global HR team, comprising 10 colleagues, most of whom are based at our headquarter in Hobro, where your role will also be located.

You will have a unique mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, collaborating closely with managers on recruitment, engagement, retention, and attraction. You will be responsible for the full HR value chain with in in your specific areas. Additionally, you will take ownership of specific global projects, leading initiatives that align with our organizational goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

In this role, your key responsibilities are:

  • Sparring: Work closely with managers to support and spar with them on their decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and team management skills.
  • Ownership and management of HR Projects: Lead the development and implementation of key HR projects, including the planned Learning & Development program
  • Employee Engagement and Workshops: Conduct workshops with managers and teams based on results from the internal employee engagement survey, helping to enhance team dynamics and employee satisfaction.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist hiring managers in your assigned departments and regions with recruitment tasks, including crafting job descriptions and participating in interviews as part of the hiring team.
  • DiSC Profile Feedback and Workshops: Provide DiSC Profile feedback to candidates and employees, and organize DiSC workshops to support team development and enhance understanding of work styles. If you’re not certified in DiSC, certification will be provided.

Your profile
HR is a field within Eurowind Energy that is in constant development, so we are looking for a profile who enjoys a dynamic workday and is motivated by contributing ideas and solutions to the challenges a changing environment provides. Your educational background is not crucial, but to succeed in this role you need to have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment and other HR processes.

This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to balance empathy with objectivity. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging in high-level discussions, can navigate difficult conversations, and possesses a strong understanding of both business strategy and people management.

Professional competences

  • Coordination and Organizational Expertise: The role involves handling multiple tasks, from recruitment to the implementation of HR projects. Strong organizational skills will help in managing various projects and ensuring smooth coordination across global teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships across different teams and regions is critical in an HR role. Strong interpersonal skills will help you collaborate with managers, support employees, and create a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal): Given the international scope of the company, fluency in English is essential for communicating with colleagues, writing policies, and crafting recruitment materials that resonate globally
