Danske Invest Management A/S, a part of the Danske Bank Group, is the management company for UCITS and AIFs domiciled in Denmark, Luxembourg and Guernsey. Our team, Fund Products has the responsibility for developing new funds and optimizing existing ones including the product governance process and recommendation to Fund Boards. With colleagues in both Copenhagen and Luxembourg, we thrive in a collaborative and international environment. This position will be based out of our new Domicile in Copenhagen.
As a Chief Product Manager, you will be working closely with our portfolio managers (who invest the assets of the funds), distribution, fund administration and risk management. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the entire UCITS and AIFS value chain, including the investment process of underlying products, product development, regulatory compliance, fund administration, etc. It is therefore important that you can inspire and be inspired by and from your collaborative partners. The daily work is characterised with high activity, high complexity and close dialogue with the whole value chain both located in the Nordic and Luxembourg.
We are offering a broad range of tasks related to development, implementation and evaluation of funds primarily on alternative investments including:
- Oversee and develop the product range overview focusing on sustainability, market competitiveness and pricing strategy.
- Deeply understand our funds’ objectives, investment philosophies, processes, and sustainability characteristics.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management
- Uphold robust product governance standards.
Profile with interest in product development and insight into the product area alternative investments
You are motivated by product development and enjoys taking ownership for creating attractive products to our investors. As an individual, you are proactive with both a sense of detail and the ability to hold a big-picture perspective. In other words, you can manage several concurrent projects and tasks, and there is an air of quality in everything you work with. You are structured and accurate, while showing the energy and enthusiasm that rubs off on your collaborative partners, giving you a solid foundation for engaging with all relevant partners. Preferable you have an insight into the product area alternative investments.
Ideally you:
- Possess a relevant academic background with a keen interest in investments and the process behind funds.
- Have a curious mind about the background for investment returns.
- Have several years of practical experience with investment products particularly in alternative investments, and you take an interest in the entire fund process and in the interaction between the entire UCITS and AIFS value chain as well as the regulatory framework.
- Have advanced communication skills in both English and Danish. Capable of engaging stakeholders effectively through both written and spoken means.
