GENERAL JOB FUNCTION

We seek a pivotal Key Account Manager who is the driving force in the customer, product and market developments for JYSK Global. The KAM will apply strong relationship management with the customer be a crucial representative for our business and growth in the above-mentioned area. This person will also manage and develop the customer using Key Account Management with the B2B industry, and maintain, nurse and secure high customer satisfaction and achieve objectives and budget agreed and communicated by the Group CCO

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITY:

  • Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed sales strategy and approved sales target and activity plan per fiscal year.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of business strategies with focus on growth and contribution generation
  • Analysis market trends and behaviours and responsible for market research and product development briefs presented bi-annually to the Group CCO, Head of Design and product implementation
  • Visible and available to build customer relationships

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

      • Internal: All ScanCom colleagues focus on commercial, operations & productions
      • External: Customer
      • Reporting: Group CCO

          EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

          Required Experience:

          • Sales and marketing in B-t-B
          • Handling of customer relationship management
          • Handling of sales activities with limited economic resources and punctual care
          • Strong customer communication and relationship skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and problem solving skills are essential.
          • You are a creative and hands-on person who takes pride in taking ownership of the business and its external stakeholders
          • You have a high degree of entrepreneurship
          • You are goal-oriented and possess a high drive

          Preferred Experience:

          • Excellent customer service & relationship building skills
          • Strong verbal and written communication skills
          • Commercial understanding – must be able to “show the way” through a personal charisma and punctual communication
          • Knowledge of housing trends and movements in- and outdoor
          • “Know how” in the furniture industry
          • Successful track record with sales results.
          • Proven ability to effectively operate and communicate in a matrix environment and work effectively with business management, customers, and across business and organizational boundaries.
          • Proven track record to work independently, while achieving aggressive personal and geographic objectives. Highly motivated, “can do” attitude with strongly influential management skills.
          • Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of co-workers.

          Qualifications:

          • Key account management skills.
          • Clever in spreading relevant communication.
          • The Key Account Manager is expected to be outgoing and capable of presenting results, motivate, be respected and selling ideas
          • Economic skills – handling of product ranges and contribution issues through profit & loss analysis accounts
          • Strong and professional person with a mature profile to match our key / customer expectation
          • Empathy – able to listen, understand, analyze and create advantages for the parties involved
          • Ability to think strategically and transfer into operative actions. Strong operational planning and analysis.
          • Performance management
          • Target oriented – able to achieve agreed targets through win-win activities.

          WORKING CONDITIONS:

          Working place: Copenhagen HQ office, Denmark in average expected 2-3 days per week and then working from home options. (WFH)

          TRAVEL ACTIVITIES:

          Approx. 45-55 days per year
