As our new Logistics Specialist, you’ll join the logistics team with 7 dedicated and passionate colleagues. In our team, we find motivation in everyday administrative routines, but we always believe that we can and should develop as well as optimise the team’s processes – and of course the customer experience! The complexity of our work means that we emphasise structure within the team – also when dealing with inquiries from internal and external partners. We always make sure to have an overview, even when things are moving fast.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating daily operations in collaboration with our distribution partners
- Responding to customer inquiries, both internal and external, via email and phone
- Order processing in our ERP system, Navision
- Developing and optimising processes in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Matching received invoices with goods in stock and reconciling complaint cases with attachments in our system (EDI)
- Optimising the return and claims process, workflows, daily operations etc.
What we’re looking for:
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Structured and that you have a result-oriented approach to tasks
- Thrive in a company with a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Have great communication skills in Danish and English – both written and orally
- Additionally, it’s certainly a huge plus if you know a bit of other Nordic languages (but it’s definitely not a must)
