About the internship
We are looking for two interns to join our team in Kalundborg the first half of 2025. With us, you’ll get to see and experience, how we are working on various construction projects. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive training and practical experience in construction site management. Therefore, we can offer you a role that will be key in supporting daily operations and ensuring project success, with focus on giving you:
- The opportunity to build a network within professional contacts in the construction industry and gain insight into how different disciplines collaborate
- Evaluation and reflection on learning goals in close collaboration with a mentor, with regular feedback meetings to ensure development
- Throughout the internship period, you will gradually gain more responsibility for specific tasks that require independent follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving
- Experience in how to lead smaller tasks, where you manage communication, planning, and follow-up

How you might spend your days
As an intern, you’ll be involved in (but not limited to):
- Logistics: Understanding material handling, transportation, and delivery on the construction site
- Site management: Learning to monitor and manage daily operations, including time management, work safety, and resource allocation
- Planning: Participating in planning various phases of construction and following up on schedules to ensure work progresses as planned
- Contracts: Training in how contracts are negotiated, managed, and documented. Ensuring contractors deliver within agreed financial and time constraints
- Quality control: Gaining insight into how quality assurance is performed, including inspections and work control to ensure construction meets standards and specifications
- Work environment: In-depth learning about construction site work environment requirements and safety standards, including participation in safety meetings and risk analyses

- Relevant study within engineering, marine engineering, construction management, or a related field
- You speak and write Danish and English
