Customer service and order handling
We are looking for a colleague that wants to work with and develop our partnerships with our customers on the German and European market. You will work on customer cases from customer enquiry to the delivered project. During the process you have contact to all Hoyer departments globally. Your daily workplace will be in our sales office in Tarnów, Poland.

You will collaborate with your colleagues in Munich, which will require you to travel to our office and meet with customers in Germany 2-3 times a year. In partnership with our external team, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

You will work closely with our Internal Sales team, maintaining daily contact with customers, and you will take responsibility for your own customer portfolio. Your primary tasks include:

  • Customer service
  • Order handling
  • Process of enquiries
  • Offer calculation
  • Follow up on offers.

Strong drive and an understanding of sales
You are enterprising and passionate about working in internal sales and learning new things. You want to do best-in-class service and find the correct solution, both commercially as well as technically. You take responsibility and respect deadlines. Furthermore you are characterised by the following:

  • Structured approach to your tasks

  • You thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
  • You can work simultaneously on many different projects and still maintain an overview
  • Able to communicate in German and English.
