The position
ET is now looking for a manager who is passionate about Sustainability and have a keen eye on Health & Safety (HS) while having excellent leadership skills.
In this role as a manager, you will support the organisation in achieving and maintain-ing the “license to operate” by setting direction and executing on our Sustainability and health and safety strategy through effective coaching of your team, which will help us achieve ambitious targets.
Main responsibilities will include to:
- Develop the team to enhance performance and engagement
- Ensure a positive working environment with psychological safety by being pre-sent, listening and involving
- Support the implementation of strategic sustainability and health & safety pro-jects across ET
- Help to maintain, update, and improve DPP & ET existing HS processes
- Assist identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainabil-ity and HS practices and driving their implementation
In this role, not only you will build a team but also make a clear mark across the or-ganization and it's a role that goes incredibly far across many stakeholders both in the organization engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate sustain-ability and HS goals and initiatives, and to foster partnerships that drive sustainability efforts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has the ability to think out of the box and can come up with solu-tions and suggestions that comply with quality requirements.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold a master’s degree in business related subjects
- Have a minimum of 1-3-year work experience from a leadership position lead-ing specialist
- Preferably have project management work experience
- Preferably have experience with Environmental Social Governance and/or HS
- Are fluent in English
On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals, prioritize and make bold decisions.
About the department
DPP & ET is anchored in Product Supply Quality and IT, which globally address 32,500 employees.
In ET we are approximately 2,600 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK) & Taastrup (DK) but also in Durham (US), Athlone (IR), Petersburg (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc.
You will be leading the Sustainability & Safety team, part of the “Sustainability & Op-eration Excellence” department based in Taastrup. Our main responsibility to drive change towards zero environmental impact, ensuring that we execute according to the strategic direction and targets. We monitor progress towards 2030, identify gaps, and analyse implications and opportunities. The Safety part of the team is responsible for setting and driving the HS strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and overseeing the implementation of HS programs across the or-ganization.
