Your primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Frederikshavn, where you will focus on nurturing and developing existing customer relationships and supporting our external sales team through close dialogue and support.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for your own customer portfolio, including:
- Strengthening and developing existing customer relationships.
- Supporting our external sales team through close collaboration and sparring.
- Preparation of offers and quotations.
- Market/customer research.
- Generate additional sales and ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Participation in trade exhibitions and contribution to marketing activities.
- Approx. 30 travel days per year.
- Close collaboration with our marketing and service departments as well as internal Sales Engineers to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and optimize the customer experience.
We imagine that you:
- Are a strong communicator with the ability to build trust and strong relationships through active listening and understanding of customers’ needs. A technical background in the maritime industry is an advantage, but most important is your ability to collaborate and create value through relationships.
- Have experience with customers at different organizational levels and thrive in international markets where cultural understanding and a global outlook are an advantage.
- Thrive on taking responsibility and have an “entrepreneurial spirit” that motivates you to drive the sales process forward.
- Have solid English skills, both spoken and written.
- Have a natural ability to read people, understand their needs, and adjust your approach to create successful collaborations.
- Can achieve results and are passionate about sales.
