Senior Finance Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional, with strong business acumen for the position as Senior Finance Business Partner (FBP) for Direct Care.
The FBP will play a pivotal role in executing on Direct Cares business plan as financial and business advisor, integrator, strategist and communicator.
About the job
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the management team in Direct Care and the entire Direct Care organization providing financial and business insight. You will be part of the Business Finance – Direct Care team, a part of Finance supporting the Direct Care organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Acting as proactive sparring partner for the organization and ensure financial steering, by proactively supporting the business with relevant insights and sparring on how to improve performance.
- Forecast: Prepare forecast and establish processes to increase financial predictability
- Financial Reporting: Drive relevant management reporting and ensure holistic financial understanding across the full value chain.
- Data Analysis: Provide actionable commercial insights combining financial and operational performance
- Business Cases: Develop Business Cases in close collaboration with the organization and ensure follow up on performance
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of financial initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
About you
- To succeed in the role, you have a solid financial toolbox and possess a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen and communication skills.
- You work in a structured manner, take initiative and challenge status quo.
- Your analytical mindset takes you beyond the numbers to ensure the business understanding and impact performance.
- You are outgoing, forward looking and have strong stakeholder management skills.
- The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
+5 years of relevant experience and preferably experience from a similar position in Business Finance - Profound finance acumen and strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- An Analytical Mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving focusing on underlying value drivers
- Experienced integrator between Business and Finance with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in English.
